My name is Brooke Jackson. I am a Junior English student at Wright State University. My goal is to become an English language teacher. I love to travel and explore new places, although that has not been possible for the past year with the COVID-19 pandemic. I have always been an avid reader, and books have been my escape from the troubles the world has been facing. In this blog, I will be examining post-apocalyptic literature for my Surviving Apocalypse course. I am very interested in seeing how the apocalypse unfolds in each novel and the effects it has on the survivors and the planet at large. Please join me on my journey!
